Role
This combined role provides both technical support and application development expertise for the Temenos T24 Core Banking System (CBS) and related enterprise applications. The role ensures stability, performance, and integration of T24 while also designing and developing new solutions that enhance business operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain T24 environments, including system parameterization, upgrades, and patch management.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, APIs, and integration scripts to connect T24 with third-party platforms (e.g., mobile money, credit bureaus, payment gateways).
- Troubleshoot and resolve T24 technical issues, COB (Close of Business) errors, and system incidents.
- Optimize system and database performance, including query tuning and environment monitoring.
- Design, code, test, and deploy new modules, workflows, and reporting tools to support business needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including version control and change logs.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal IT staff on CBS configuration and application development.
